Coffee Filter Holder

filter_1b.jpg - 7464 Bytes     cof_fnt_1b.jpg - 5806 Bytes

This is for #4 Melita type coffee filters. It holds about 200, a box full. It puts the filters in an easy accessible place, you don't have to open a drawer, reach up into a cabinet, they are out in the open in a pleasing holder. It is very simple, just some 1/8" wire which has been bend, twisted and hammered flat. It is screwed into the wall thru a hole in one of the twists on the back. It has a wax finish so it won't rust. Every morning it is there, waiting for me to make coffee. I really appreciate it.

    price is $35

These handles are make from a rectangular rod (1/4" x 3/16"), that I heated, made the center twist, bent the 'legs'. I put a 1/4 x 20 thread on the ends so that they can be held in place with a nut from the inside of the drawer. They are about 4" wide and stick out about 1 1/2", the tongue can go through 3/4" wood

  price is $12 per handle

A Kitchen Table

The top of this table is 16 gauge and sits on 1" square tubing. The legs are 2" square and sit just inside the 1" tubing, so it seems that the top is just floating on the legs The top has been sandblasted so it has a smooth matte finish.. It has been covered with a clear acrylic, so it is waterproof. The legs are raw and so they will slowly get a nice rich patina on them with time. The photo looks strange because it is pasted together.

   price is $200 as is

Book Shelves

(Pictures to come)

These shelves are made out of 1/2" square tubing welded together. The shelves are 1/2" Baltic plywood that have a Natural Danish Oil finish to them (3 coats). The shelves sit on tabs that are welded to the inside of the tubing.. The top framing is not attached to the bottom, making it almost a KD system. I made this for a 13' wall that I have, but if you have a special design, just let me know the dimensions.

Side Table

(Pictures to come)

This is a Side Table that I made for the back of one of my sofas, but decided to use it as an entertainment center table. It is made out of 2" square tubing. All the corners are ground and polished so the welds don't show at all. If you look at the lower right leg in the front you'll see where I put in a little humor. The table reminds me of a Parson's table. The top is made out of Mahogony sits flush with the top surface. The metal has an acrylic finish, the wood had a Natural Danish Oil finish (3 coats). The dimensions are 23" high x 22" deep X 64' long. I made this to fit a particular space, but if you have your own dimensions I can make one to fit.
