This is a dwg of the circuit breaker.

The base is a block of plexi (red in the dwg) 1" thick x 4" wide by 6" long with another smaller tapered block glued to an end. There are 2 copper connectors, 1/8" thick x 1" wide (green in the dwg), bent to the form in the dwg. They are attached to the base and in turn the power posts are attached to the Battery Power  . The De-Sta-Co toggle clamp is attached to the base. At the end of the toggle clamp is another piece of copper, which completes the circuit when the clamp is down. When the wire attached to the handle of the clamp is pulled the circuit will be interrupted

The whole shebang will go in box that will insulate it from wires, fingers, etc.
